Two-Story Shopping Center @ I-10, Katy

A two-story multi-tenant shopping center of about 12,000 SF along I-10 in Katy, completed around 2014. LH First Construction delivered the entire project with its own team — design, permitting and construction. The project also included the interior build-out of a SHOGUN Japanese restaurant.
